Role scope

Key Responsibilities & Operational Execution

Oversee compliance with occupational health and safety (K3) standards for all building staff and contractors
Carry out periodic inspections of fire protection systems (extinguishers, hydrants, sprinklers, smoke detectors, fire doors)
Prepare the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) for building operations
Run regular occupational health and safety training and fire and earthquake evacuation drills for building occupants
Manage workplace accident investigations and prepare occupational health and safety compliance reports for the relevant authorities

Candidate criteria

Diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Public Health, or Environmental Engineering
Active General Occupational Health and Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) competency certificate from the Ministry of Manpower
At least 2 years as an HSE officer in a high-rise building or construction
Knowledge of emergency response management and fire protection regulations (NFPA and Ministry of Manpower rules)
Firm in enforcing workplace safety compliance
